You will work to troubleshoot and resolve issues that have been elevated from Level I. Support will be provided on site as well as remotely when needed. Escalate more complex issues to Level II support.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with:
Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook (2003 – O365)
HP Server, Laptop and Desktop hardware, ServiceNOW
BigFix Management Suite
Windows XP-10, Windows Server 2012
remote control technologies such as Microsoft Remote Desktop, HP VMS,
Terminal Emulation programs, SCO Unix
Aruba wired and wireless networks and Avaya PBX/IP Telephony
3+ years desktop support experience in an Ethernet-networked, business environment
Solid communication skills; Customer service-focused
Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
CompTia, A+, MCP, MCDST, HDI and ITIL certifications preferred
