As a functional analyst, you will understand the needs of Deutsche Bank’s producers and consumers of entitlements data so that they can be accommodated within the dbEntitlements application landscape. As an experienced analyst, you will note that we have both a big data challenge with feeds from authoritative sources within the Bank and we have a large data volume challenge where every application and user in the Bank could look to use for data. Personally, you find using Oracle SQL and diagnostic tools to gain insights a joy not a chore and writing out your ideas and findings to generate requirements so others may learn a privilege and not burden. Responsibilities and Attributes:
•Work closely with Product Owners •Help refine prioritization of backlog •Create functional requirements from business requirements analysis •Accurately report solutions, schedule and status to stakeholders •Effectively and respectfully communicate with all staff •Support Development and QA teams throughout the entire software development life-cycle •Support onboarding of data producer and consumer applications from analysis to production •Share your knowledge; sometimes through presentation but always though accessible language •Mentor less knowledgeable staff where skill gaps are seen •Live our values; client centricity, partnership, discipline, innovation, integrity and sustainable performance
Experience and Education: Familiarity with Identity and Access concepts, Experience with Security Policy XAMCL vernacular & design, Highly organized, able to switch comfortably between priorities as they change, Demonstrable written and oral presentation skill, able to engage with high level stakeholders, Experience with JIRA: creating dashboards, sprints, prioritizing backlog, organize & facilitate release planning, sprint planning, Familiarity with presentation and management tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, JAMA, Confluence, Assist with internal & external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information, Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic, geographically distributed, and timeline sensitive work environment, Rigorous, resourceful, adaptable with good attention to detail and strong project ownership, Basic SQL query skills and techniques, Prior programming or scripting experience applicable in automation of analysis and testing, Previous experience as a business/functional analyst within CSO preferred
