The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Provide End-User Support
Assist customer and vendors with website-related issues
Setup and configure workstations, printers, and other devices
Installing and configuring software applications
Participate in creating technical and end-user support documentation
Additional duties, as assigned
1-2 Years’ experience in Help Desk role
Excellent technical skills
Proficiency with microsoft office
General networking experience
Self-Motivated: ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service focus
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
