Responsible for planning and designing business services within the IT Business Services Management team. The role performs business analysis with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, and define requirements into documentation and conceptual design using appropriate techniques and visual models from which solutions are developed. The role troubleshoots and solves escalated issues, evaluates value of user change requests and leads the monitoring, measuring, and enhancing the service. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels. Routinely communicates with all levels of management in the business. Fully understands the underlying technologies and applications and informs business users on the capabilities of technology to solve business needs.

Leads sessions with business users, technology partners, and vendors to define solutions by identifying all the key stakeholder groups using a solution, the high level capabilities the business needs, including the depiction of data flows, and recommends solutions that enable the organization to meet its goals. Executes the writing of business and technical requirements specifications, analyzing requirements, creating visual models, and facilitating elicitation sessions for projects. Actively participates in enterprise change control governance to assess impact of process and technical change requests to existing services. Leads discussion with business and technology partners in identifying process improvement opportunities. Builds and fosters relationships across multiple organizations. Provide technical expertise to support specified business systems. Apply a thorough knowledge of system capability and configurability against the objectives of the business units to ensure the technology needs of the organization are met.
Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Business administration, computer science, information science, or a related field. (Preferred)
Experience: 5 or more years Nautilus (OnBase) technologies with utilizing Unity Client, Outlook integrations, OCR, E-forms, workflow setup and Scripting, System upgrades and maintenance, Nautilus System installations, and Scanner or Kofax software. (Preferred) 5 or more years Working with relational databases, writing SQL, and analyzing or reporting data with knowledge of TSQL and stored procedures. SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and ETL. (Preferred) 5 or more years Must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. (Required) Certifications Nautilus Certified Installer or Nautilus Certified Support Engineer. (Preferred) Nautilus Certified System Administrator. (Preferred) Nautilus Certified Workflow. (Preferred)
