Our Client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, has an immediate need for a Deskside Support resource. The position is located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12 month contract assignment. Ideal candidates must have atleast 5 years of deskside support experience in a mid to large size company.
Proficient troubleshooting skills that includes hardware, software, and other break/fix issues which include printing, networking, file shares, etc.
Solve customer support issues by visiting the end-user's location.
Provide support in an office environment that will consist of standard PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
Update tickets in the tracking system.
Adhere to written procedures and communicate well with customers, peers and managers.
Participate in an on call off hours rotation.
Support all levels of an organization (C-Level to non-technical)
Provide AV support-video conference, camera
Account Administration-set up new accounts
Windows 7 and 10 Operating System, Cisco network troubleshooting, O365
Microsoft Office Application support, break/fix, printer support, enterprise size ticketing system, Anti virus software, Active Directory
Prior applicable experience: 5+ years of deskside support experience in an enterprise size environment,
Must have prior experience supporting C-Level to non-technical end users
Associates degree or higher-not required
