Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related program, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
At least three years of demonstrated success in customer technical support preferred and preferably supporting a SaaS product as a subject matter expert or lead
Expertise with Microsoft Outlook and experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows Software and Windows client debugging
Strong understanding of mail flow and delivery and experience with email header analysis
Understanding and experience with API's
Understanding and experience with SQL
Fundamental knowledge of federation service concepts
Experience with Browser Developer tools
Familiarity with HTTP and HTTPS
Must enjoy the rewards and challenges of a large dynamic, collaborative group
Adaptive skills, learns quickly, asks questions, and solves and resolves independently
Confident, encouraging and enthusiastic attitude
Demonstrate innate customer care with strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate smart decision making with attention to detail

Ability to work at the Pittsburgh office location in the Strip District
