The role of Systems Analyst is responsible for providing SDLC and CyLumena employees with technical support for systems and cloud-based applications. This role is responsible for tier 1 user support. The Systems Analyst will participate in the implementation of ITIL standards across the IT department. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of the systems and software used by the business and a strong customer service focus. Interaction with stakeholders and executive teams is required.
Provide SDLC and CyLumena employees with technical support
Monitor and use the ticketing system as prescribed by the IT department
Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues that affect the usability or performance of the software applications, cloud services, and networking systems
Analyze systems and software and provide recommendations for changes or upgrades as necessary
Responsible to participate in the creation of systems and software documentation
Responsible to participate in end user and IT staff training for implemented systems
Assist with maintaining and organization of IT owned assets across the organization
Interface directly with SDLC and CyLumena employees
1 year of IT experience
Strong customer service attitude and professional demeanor
Willingness to learn new technologies and approaches
Knowledge of cloud applications, mobile platforms, basic networking and systems troubleshooting.
