As the Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will embrace the exciting blend of technical expertise, engagement ability, and support leadership that is required to be successful. You will help drive technical IAM strategy, manage technical development planning, and work with global application and platform teams to design and deploy robust identity and access control solutions. You will also provide architectural leadership, planning, and execution of the cloud, covering identity and access management and collaborating with cloud and enterprise identity architecture teams to deliver reliable and scalable cloud based services to software development teams and business IT teams. Represent the organization at conferences, forums, and external events/social media to articulate the cloud strategy and technology Position the organization as a leading provider of cloud services in support of the cloud strategy for hybrid, internal, and public clouds Oversee program delivery activities, including development and delivery of internal/external communications; establishing engineering road maps, benchmarks, and metrics; and ensuring monitoring, management, and control of all cloud services meet and exceed customer service level agreements and cost targets What You’ll Need to be Successful:
IT experience aligned with access management solutions Hands-on experience with IAM products from the following vendors: Sailpoint, RSA, CyberArk, IBM, Oracle, PING, and Okta Experience with installation and configuration of at least one of the above-mentioned products Experience with IAM implementations in the cloud (Azure/AWS) Strong governance understanding of logical access management controls for enterprise joiners, movers, leavers, recertification, and segregation of duty policies and standards Understanding of application security requirements across enterprise, mobile, and cloud implementations Experience with workflow and content management system integration with identity management platforms Working experience with workflow design and development, role management, and policy development Knowledge of technologies/protocol such as RBAC, ABAC, SoD, access certification, and user auto provisioning/de-provisioning Hands-on experience with customizations such as connector development, writing scripts, and building workflows Working experience with integration of multiple applications with any one of the above-mentioned access management tools Working experience in workflow design and development, role-based access management, and creating password policies Hands-on experience with customizations such as UI customization, writing scripts, and developing code to fetch assertion values from multiple data sources Experience integrating directories/database as identity store with access management In-depth understanding of databases/queries/stored procedures Thoroughness in creating technical documentation of design, use, and test cases Troubleshooting skills Demonstrated expert understanding of how security access systems integrate across the enterprise Experience as the technical lead in a large security access system upgrade/project Demonstrated advanced understanding of how an identity management system integrates with HR systems Great Additional Skills:
