What You Will Do:
Collaborate with your team to develop a complete testing strategy, using both automated and manual tests
Excel in an Agile environment as a member of a cross-functional team that owns its own work from refinement through delivery and monitoring
Encourage and advocate team ownership of software quality
Assess and mitigate risks that have an impact on the quality of the products we build
Work to extend and build automated test coverage and automation framework
Analyze customer reported issues and provide debugging support to the Client Services team
Skills we value:
At least three years minimum of software test experience including automated testing in an Agile environment
Working experience with automation tools (Selenium, TestComplete, Ranorex, IBM Rational Functional Tester, etc)
Working experience with C# or similar language
Experience with iterative software delivery - from inception through refinement, implementation/automated testing, continuous integration, release, and production monitoring
Experience in Agile SQA principles, including functional, regression, smoke, load and performance testing
Strong drive to generate quality software with a customer-based focus
Ability to assess risk to prioritize testing
Proficient in use of SQL for test data preparation and results analysis
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, other comparable area, or relevant work experience
Experience with BDD / TDD
Experience with source control systems
Experience with API testing tools such as SOAPUI, Postman and automation of APIs
Experience with TestRail and Jira
Familiarity with healthcare patient workflow and/or healthcare billing
