What can you expect in a career with Capgemini?
Growth: Once you join us, you will be aligned to a practice prior to your start date based on our practice needs, recommendations from your interviewers and any preference you expressed during the interview process. You will also receive up to eight weeks of New Hire Orientation, professional training, and relevant technology education to help you launch your consulting career. Your training may consist of both local and global travel.
Collaboration: Working in a team environment, Staff Consultants will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients. Data Analyst Description:
Data Analysts are responsible for importing, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling data with the purpose of understanding and drawing conclusions from data (may be presented in charts, graphs, and/or tables). Also, design and develop relational databases for collecting and storing data and build and design data input and data collection mechanisms.
Required Skills and Experience:
You are responsible for data related activities such as data extraction, profiling, cleansing, de-duplication, standardization, conversion, transformation and loading, data mining, warehousing, archiving and reporting. Responsible for all activities required to ensure optimum performance and data integrity of databases in production environments, in line with the requirements. Responsible for providing support of server based databases in development and test environments including database software installation, database creation, performance and capacity design, backup and recovery design, security design, providing Analytical feedback as appropriate.
Candidates for our Data Analyst position should additionally possess:
A Bachelor's degree
A minimum GPA of 3.3 of 4.0
A willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate
Ability to travel to India for training, if requested by the Practice
Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
Should have baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
Exceptional performance in these majors or concentrations:
Technology: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Data Science
Business: Finance, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Digital Leadership
