All Lines Technology is seeking a Technical Support Technician in the Pittsburgh Area.
End User Support – Provide mid-level troubleshooting of software, hardware, peripherals and printers. Escalate to Level 3 after 1 day of troubleshooting.
Desktop Lifecycle Management – Design and create master operating system images. Coordinate with end-users and the Level 1 team to provide a timely workstation installation and/or replacement.
Laptop Management – Manage the laptop lifecycle process. Assist the Inventory Management Team with the documentation process and end-use signoff. Secure laptops with the installation and configuration of encryption software. Coordinate with internal teams to install and configure the VPN software.
Must have at least three years of extensive personal computer experience and at least two years of network experience within an enterprise.
This network experience should include but not be limited to installing and trouble-shooting network hardware/software, as well as training and supporting users in a Windows/Ethernet environment.
Must have a fundamental knowledge of computers and operating systems.
Fundamental experience with desktop troubleshooting and resolving printer and multifunction device issues.
Technical Support Level 2 includes, but is not limited:
