Interested candidates should have a BS degree and 5 or more years of experience in HR system development, implementation and maintenance.
Participates in the analysis, implementation, administration, upgrade, and conversion of HR systems and databases that supports global organizational goals and objectives.
Develops standards, protocols, and documentation for the HR system environment.
Generates standard and ad hoc reports and HR metrics, and continuously research, review, compile, and analyze employee data.
Orients new HR employees to all HR systems and major computer applications.
Bachelor’s Degree inManagement Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources with a concentration in Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR system development, implementation and maintenance
Knowledge of system techniques and HR development
Knowledge of specific features in the area of HR System Landscape Management (e.g. SAP system configuration)
3+ years of experience with MS Access, SQL, and Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
SAP HR experience
Project management experience
Experience creating medium to complex reports using SQL and Access
