The System Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining system hardware and software, establishing and managing user accounts, upgrading software and recovery tasks. They assist users who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of computer applications, products or services.
Install new products and software programs.
Maintain Active Directory domain - add/move/change users, password resets, new computer setup
Respond to computer and network problems in a timely manner.
Provide support for all Information Technology products and services. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing staff regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy.
Maintain hardware and software.
Troubleshoot computer and printer problems and coordinate with supervisor to get outside support or make requests.
Company cell phone provisioning
Monitor and maintain video surveillance system and card access system
Installs equipment as needed.
Develop basic training manual for users.
Provides maintenance and customizations to Electronic Medical Record System.
