Here's how this role will help:
Understand and evaluate current and emerging technologies and identify how they fit in the Mylan ecosystem, product life cycles, standards development and compliance. Deliver support to end users in the organization by providing scalable, global communications systems.
Engineer and enhance enterprise systems. Test, validate and document changes for broader deployments.
Lead proof of concepts, pilots, and analysis of new technology including “hands on” engineering and initial rollout.
Serve as product owner for video conferencing, telephony and Microsoft Skype for Business.
Produce solid and secure system designs according to industry best practices and provide planning, design, leadership, direction and advanced technical expertise
Develop standards based on vendor roadmaps, technology availability and business requirements. Review and approval of any potential deviations to standards set in place.
Research, design and test out future state video conference, telephony and collaboration technologies, including but not limited Office 365, Cloud PBX, and UCaaS.
Perform ongoing research on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and external services to identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and alignment with Mylan IT strategy.
Conduct functional, supportability, risk, and cost/benefit analyses, and translate business requirement into detailed infrastructure specifications.
Ensure security standards are included in the development, administration, and operation of in-house and hosted systems.

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
A Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred. Related experience and/or education may be considered.
Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
Working knowledge of Cisco video conferencing, Cisco telephony, Skype for Business and their interoperability is required.
General knowledge of Avaya, Siemens telephony as well as cloud hosted call centers.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Required experience in all the following environments to administer and optimize.
IT Infrastructure landscape and architecture design
Cisco CUCM, VCS and TMS
Cloud based call center configuration and management
Skype for Business server and Skype Online interoperability tools
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is preferred.
