Service Management Analyst

Level 3 Support activities for an Authentication and Authorization Services
Take ownership of customer issues reported on Authentication and Authorization Services owned by the team and track issues to closure in accordance with SLAs Research, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot application incidents and problems that occur in production and non-production environments Coordinate with vendor resources within and outside the team to troubleshoot and fix issues in a timely manner Prepare and deliver presentations on root-cause analysis and service improvements Propose and document solutions and/or workarounds Independently communicate with people at different levels globally to achieve closure of ongoing incidents or tasks Develop Runbooks and knowledge documents to aid to quicker resolution of issues Generate Ad-hoc reports for management-level reporting and troubleshooting Support Incident and Problem management processes from a Level 3 perspective Co-ordinate Release management, technology upgrade and application migration activities Co-ordinate and support Application Capacity Planning exercises Port the issues back to developments and offer work around, if possible. Raise defects and follow through on their resolution
Previous relevant hands-on experience working in a Software Development or Maintenance role Experience in one or more of the following: Java 7/8, Enterprise Java stack (Spring stack, Hibernate/iBatis), Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX Commands/Shell Scripting, Web Services [SOAP/REST] deployments, Build/Deployment tools such as Maven, TeamCity/Jenkins, Apache HTTP Server/Tomcat/Weblogic Configurations, Defect tracking tools (JIRA), Knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Confluence) Good understanding of Distributed Application environments: Tiered Java architectures, Messaging systems, RDBMS Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes, Incident and Problem management processes Prior experience in Single Sign on Frameworks, Public Key Infrastructure and Cryptography would be an advantage but not mandatory Ability to break down and view a complex application as Software/Infrastructure components, interfaces and business processes and is able to identify dependencies between different applications Ability to think logically and break down high-level issues in to smaller problems and come up with solutions independently Excellent spoken and written communication skills Deutsche Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.
