Analyze and study complex system requirements, AV schematics, and scopes of work.
Write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
Write and execute detailed test plans.
Develop Crestron software in SIMPL Windows and Crestron VTProE, both from scratch and from existing PepperDash codebases and templates. SIMPL# a plus.
Follow company development standards. Work with other developers to plan, code, test, and review control software.
Travel onsite to deploy, test, and troubleshoot control software.
Work with partners and client IT departments to troubleshoot network communications.
Work with AV integrators to test and troubleshoot control systems. Methodical, strategic troubleshooting is key.
Review project plans and suggest improvements to project manager.
3+ years’ experience coding, testing, installing, and troubleshooting Crestron control systems.

Ability to travel onsite in New York City region as well as outside of the city.
