All Lines Technology is seeking a Telecom Analyst who will administer, program and maintain telecommunication systems. This includes contact centers in addition to corporate services and several branch offices. This job function includes ownership of incidents and service requests as well as an active role in projects and company initiatives.
Incident management for telecom systems including omni-channel services, contact center solutions, IVR and Workforce Management Systems.
Perform service requests escalated from Operations team and Service Desk.
Level 2 Alert and Event Management
Follow Lead / Senior Telecom Analyst training plan, recommendations, standards and best practices.
Maintain a preventative maintenance program for a group of Companies as defined by the Lead / Senior Telecom Analyst
Maintain a formal system of evaluating all telephony resources for licenses and capacity reports as defined by the Lead / Senior Telecom Analyst
Supervises: Typically, would not have direct report supervisory responsibility, but may manage small projects and company initiatives.

Associates degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology or related field required, or equivalent experience.
4+ years experience administering and deploying omni-channel technologies such as PBX systems, chat, workforce management and contact center solutions
Ability to take direction from Lead / Senior Telecom Analyst and manager
