Position reports to: Director, Software Engineering
Provide telephone and email support to global client base.
Verify bugs reported by clients and report to development.
Submit product enhancements from clients to development.
Troubleshoot and resolve product configuration, Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL issues.
Assist in maintaining knowledge base of common problems and solutions.
Demonstrate personal discipline and assure quality of service provided.
Compliance with Intermedix policies.
Other duties as assigned.
2+ years’ experience in a technical support call center environment.
1+ years of technical software development experience.
1+ years of Database design and implementation.
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
