Responsible for designing and maintaining Exchange, network and systems This includes but is not limited to providing remote and on-site support, performing moves, adds, changes, to corporate systems as well as assisting in project implementation.
Provide technical support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems.
Manage server infrastructure and equipment with a focus on Microsoft Exchange administration.
Maintain and administer computer infrastructure including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Plan, coordinate, and implement systems security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
Produce program, system and user documentation for all systems created.
Interact and collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to assure needs of the company are met.
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required for the specific job level
Extensive experience administering Active Directory. Prior experience designing and/or managing domain migrations a plus.
Expertise with Microsoft Exchange. Experience with Office 365 migration a plus.
Experience with Cisco Ironport.
Expertise with Powershell.
Knowledge of Commvault and Zerto a plus.
Working technical knowledge of current networking and systems standards.
