Our client, a growing supplier of innovative software solutions, has an immediate need for a Lead Software Engineer.
This individual will supply technical direction to a team responsible for developing code for a complex cloud-based SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, the ability to lead a technical team, and a desire to work in a SaaS environment.

Lead component design and development efforts in .NET, as well as API integrations using REST web services.
Prioritize work load among team members and work as an integral part of the product roadmap team.
Support the product support team by demonstrating the ability to identify and isolate product problems
Interpret wireframes and requirements documents into sound technical solutions.
Work on projects from product requirements to launch, including code review, unit testing, testing and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features and functionality.
Accurately estimate the magnitude and time requirements of features and fixes.
Create custom user interfaces using the latest mobile and web programming techniques.
Implement middle and back-end layers using the latest server and cloud programming techniques
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Expertise in full-stack development
5+ years of hands-on experience performing web development in a .NET environment, including knowledge of C#, SQL, Azure and Entity Framework
Must be capable of not only developing software, but leading and directing one or more software developers
Demonstrated experience with public facing web projects
Experience building and delivering highly scalable, reliable, and complex software systems on-time and on budget
Ability to quickly ramp-up on new languages, technologies, and platforms
Working knowledge of mobile / web architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
