Our Client, an industry leader, has an immediate need for a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst. This position is located in north of the city of Pittsburgh. This is a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert in Business Intelligence information delivery and data warehouse tools and solutions. Six or more years of experience with Business Intelligence solutions and tools are required.
Responsible for the implementation, support, and administration of Business Intelligence tools.
Develop knowledge of business solutions and business system processes to design, develop and support quality ETL processes and data warehouse results.
Provide leadership and assistance in the planning, design, development, and support of ETL environments, tools and processes.
Administer and manage a suite of business intelligence environments.
Effectively collaborate with an extended team of technical colleagues and vendors to proactively maintain a highly functioning environment to meet global information needs.
Participate in assessing, recommending and developing a long-term information delivery strategy for the global organization.
Develop and document procedural, application, and system documentation as appropriate to facilitate ongoing operations and support.
Other duties and responsibilities as required.
Willing to travel, domestic and international.
Six to eight years of experience with BI Tools.
Solid knowledge of current Business Intelligence tools, platforms and trends.
Experience in the deployment and support of information delivery software solutions.
Experience with SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence suite is preferred.
Knowledge and experience with business intelligence cloud technologies is preferred.
Expertise and experience with data warehouse solutions and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science or related field preferred.
