The Office of Transformation (OT) is responsible for evaluating and determining how Christiana Care can harness emerging technologies and other innovations to improve the health of those we serve focusing on population health management, exceptional patient/consumer experience and improved system performance. The Senior Product Manager engages with technology experts and internal stakeholders to evaluate and implement tools to transform processes and implement innovations that help the health system move from volume to value. This strategic and operational role will work closely with the Office of Transformation team members, IT and clinical areas throughout the organization to assist with identifying and developing transformational and innovative solutions for Christiana Care with a particular focus on consumer and patient-facing applications.
Consumer digital platform product leadership
Provide leadership to develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for the consumer digital platform portfolio partnering with key stakeholders as well as third-party vendors
Oversee implementation of consumer digital roadmap strategy. Engage with users and marketers to identify key product issues in market; solicit feedback on product roadmap for better refinement
Liaise with development, implementation and technical support partners
Identify and oversee implementation of upgrades and enhancements as needed
Write customer-focused product requirements and user stories
Define and track success metrics for all projects
Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify gaps and opportunities
Service line liaison
Regular communication with Service Line leadership
Understand Service Line needs and identify opportunities to apply Office of Transformation resources to support solution development
Inform Service Line strategic discussions by sharing digital and transformational options and opportunities
Oversee development and management of project budgets
Manage ongoing contractual relationships
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably including software product management experience
Must have a thorough knowledge of the operations of an integrated healthcare delivery system and be proven in the project management skills needed to independently manage projects
Experience driving decisions for a technical product, ideally a consumer-facing mobile website or app
